Marushka Chocobar leads the Secretariat of Digital Government since January 2018, which is the area responsible for leading the digital transformation in public entities that make up the National Computing System with the aim of making viable the national policy of modernization of public management to bring the State closer to the Citizen.

Mrs. Chocobar, has been Executive Director of Scholarships and Educational Loans, General Manager of the Peruvian Institute of Educational Development, Director of Educational Projects at the Education Minister, Certiport Inc. General Director for Andean Region, Director of Social Responsability of Microsoft Corporation for the Andean Region, Manager of the Educational Area in Microsoft Peru and Manager of Relational Marketing in Interbank.

She is and Industrial Engineer graduating from the Universidad de Piura with a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering and Information Technology from the Universidad de Lima, Diploma in Leadership and Business Strategic Management from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She also has International Certification in Technology by Microsoft Corporation, International Accreditation in Projects of Public Sector from the Universidad del Externado de Colombia, International Accreditation in ELearning Program from APEC Korea and an International Certification in Teaching from Understanding in Wide World from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
